You need this power supply to use your Dedolight DLED3-BI Light Head. D-TAP power can be used from a suitable battery or portable power supply. The DT3-BI-BAT gives full dimming and colour temperature control which is displayed on the digital display. This Dedolight DT3-BI-BAT Ballast can accept a wide range of voltages from 11V - 18V and can also use the Dedolight DLPS12-60 transformer to run from mains AC power.
